This is done by cumulatively calculating data of 320 anticipated sunny days out of 365 days in an year. Plus, knowingly on average a day in summers is 13 hours long. While a day in winters is 11 hours long on average. An aggregated 8 hours and 5.5 hours of optimum sunlight is available through summers and winters subsequently.
Assumption that summers and winters are divided among half the sunny days (320 days: See above.).
